The Comparative Constitutional Law and Religion Center (CCCLR) Working Paper Series is dedicated to providing a platform for the discussion of the various aspects of the relationship between law and religion. The aim is to give the opportunity to younger researchers to expose and test their arguments on salient issues related to the patterns of interaction between religious beliefs and the exercise of the rule of law.

The papers included in the series are pieces of original research conducted under the aegis of the CCCLR, of global scope and with mixed methodological approaches. They are also thematically diverse and represent fresh voices of the legal discipline on how to study the presence of religion in and through law.

The UNILU Center for Comparative Constitutional Law and Religion (CCCLR) Student Research Fellows Program invites post-graduate students to participate in an international short fellowship followed by a guided individual research project.

The aim of the program is to allow fellows to gain practical experience combined with research and writing experience, while acquiring experiences with grassroots bodies and organizations active in the field of religious freedom and diversity. The Fellows will also contribute to the work of the Center towards the cause of religious tolerance worldwide.
